POINTS TO NOTE
We have put together a few important points for you to know what’s the scope of work in bond cleaning and the subsequent final quote.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
Although tiles are scrubbed manually as part of end of lease cleaning but depending on the conditions, professional tiles and grout cleaning might be required. This service is separate from end of lease cleaning and we do not specialize in it.
Grease and Oils
We do not guarantee the removal of grease and oils of BBQ or vehicle leaks especially from porous surfaces.
Windows and Blinds
We do dusting of blinds but some blinds may require professional cleaning to remove stubborn stains and marks. We do not specialise in that.
Removable Stickers and Hooks
Due to the chances of removal or damage to the wall paint, we do not remove stickers and hooks from the walls. Although on special request we do remove them but we do not own any liability if there is a damage to the paint on the wall.
Ceilings
As part of bond cleaning, we only brush ceilings and do not use any fluids to clean them.
Scope of Work
It’s our aim to provide you the best of services and your happiness is of utmost importance to us. However some stains and marks are stubborn and some areas are not accessible and practical to clean. In these circumstances, you might have to seek specialized cleaning services and is not included in our scope of work.
Final Quote
All properties are not the same. The packages mentioned above are for average amount of work and should be considered as estimate and not the final quote. If our team on arrival on the site and after a physical check, finds that the effort and time required is more than the average, they will quote you the additional charges and commence work once agreed upon.
